"QCF x2's" haven't been actual ↓↘→↓↘→'s since circa SFIII.
JUST SQUIGGLE IT.
🕹️
I end up DPing when I do that haha
think about it for a second: Quarter circle + quarter circle = half circle
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS A HALF CIRCLE
Also, If your buffer it from a special, if it's a special that has QCF/QCB already, assuming you're going in the same direction, you only need 1 more QCF/QCB plus button from there to cancel into Super. Example: Ryu Fireball into Shin Shoryuken is 236P + 236K
When I switched from stick to pad I had problems doing the double 214 motion while 236 came out very reliable. So I just practiced the double 214 in an isolated environment and now I can do it even more reliable than the double 236.
Change mind.
how much of that 100 hours have you been trying to do motion intput super?
have you training mode looked at your inputs to see how clean / accurate your motions are?
what controller(s) have you been trying it on?
if just fight stick. what fight stick?
how much wear does it have? do the switches need replacing?
hows the tension on the stick? does it need a higher gauge spring?
what shape Gate is inside the stick, square or octo?
how are you holding the stick? (pic/video?)
i can do giefs standing "720" (180+360) on a stick. tho i don't like to do it because it forces me to be rather rough with the stick... feels like I'm going to break it with how fast you need to yank that thing around for the 2nd circle. my fingers aren't fast enough to do it gently.
2xQCF thought isn't even a thought.
my inputs are generally quite genital and precise... as they should be after 30 years.
just slide back when you did first quarter, dont move your thumb away and dont start from ↓ for 2nd quarter. Just slide ↓↘→, slide back ↘↓ and then slide ↘→ with your thumb
it doesnt read the ↘ in between
I am just going to say it. I think it's something with the game and how it holds inputs or network code. I have seen others bring this fact up. I have had issues across all three main controller types. On hitbox this should not be an issue. But yet i am here talking about it. I mean hell i was having input issues with a controller. I have big hands and fingers so i got a fightstick. Things got much better. I was labbing the controls and my combos hitting everything. I got i kept going into the hub to practice with real players and kept improving. Yet I still was noticing Things dropping combos i hit 100 times on my stick the inputs seemed delayed.
I got frustrated and just had it. I switched to leverless it eliminated any possible input failure i was having since there is no more rolling. Combos i could not hit cause of sloppy inputs and general timing cause of me trying to perfect inputs and not hitting the buffer right ended with this control. Labbed everything back to normal i felt good and again my gameplay improved massively again. Now i know you are asking why i am telling all of this.
Even with this improvement the game seems to eat inputs tonight alone the game has acted like my inputs are suggestions and either just gave me a standard normal or did nothing at all(not even a normal swing). i have practiced a ton on doing the wake up super and in labs i can always do it tonight i hit it maybe 3 times out of 30 games and there was time i still went to my feet and it came out rather late and i was going for a move that was not a quarter circle just for it to do this with no normal inputs at the moment it fired.
