There's a training mode if you want to figure out how to counter stuff.
What character are you playing against them to cause them to press jab jab jab? Clearly you can punish it and if you are playing a grappler then get use to it.
Ah yes, another one of these "I'm not losing to it but it makes my blood boil anyway" threads.
If OP is losing to that it's a giga skill issue, but they might just be annoyed of fighting players who keep doing dumb stuff and dying for it. It can be obnoxious when you want to practice something against real people and they insist on doing something stupid that makes it not possible.
