Voice language not changing

I tried to change the voice language to japanese on the settings menu, but in the fighting grounds it is still in english even after restarting the game. Is there something else I need to do?

There's a different option for fighting grounds. It's in the:
Language > FG/BH cabinet voice language settings > Custom.
Then adjust this setting:
Language > Character specific setting
