I see a lot of flashing textures in the game. Therefore, the game cannot be played. I have the latest patch v1.35. I did not find any solution to this problem on the net. Likewise, the Widescreen patch/fix does not exist. :steamsad:

Ditto. I've got the flashing textures issue. It's likely because the game hasn't been optimized for newer graphics cards, Operating Systems, APIs, or drivers. Unless very experienced armature coders/programmers help out, we are SOL.

Hey everyone, thanks for posting. I sincerely apologise for the lack of official response in this thread up until now.

I understand from the initial post that there is an issue with missing textures and black visual artifacts in-game. I'll do my best to suggest some troubleshooting steps that may help, and hopefully these steps may help to improve, if not resolve, these issues for you all.

To start with, I'd like to recommend running through our PC troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]. The steps in this guide have helped out a number of players with similar issues in our games in the past, so they're a good baseline to start from.

I'd also like to recommend running the game in compatibility mode, if using a newer OS such as Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11. The game was developed to run on a much older OS, so emulating an older OS version may help.

Please also ensure to be running the game with all updates applied to the game, Steam, your OS and your graphics drivers, to try to minimise issues.

Let us know if you continue to experience these issues once these steps are complete, and also provide the specs of your system(s) in brief for us to review. Thanks!
