Text highlighting in the settings screen doesn't work

For example, in the graphic settings I can't tell what my current graphic settings are

SOP

1. Open the game
2. Open the settings and turn to the display submenu

it's actually the text that doesn't highlight after the interface is initialized.
when selected, it is normal

This is bound to happen with non-English UI.
