I would love a map editor in Manor Lords and it will also help to increase the lifetime of the game having a community with custom made maps.
Normally Hooded Horse, the publisher monitors this forum.
- For more direct access or an actual post from Slavic Magic you'll need to be on the Discord server. As that is where some direct back to back posts are seen from the Developer. And often the first indication of game news or changes.
- Greg often asks for opinions about future items for the game, votes on what or how to proceed.
- The (former twitter now X) also has direct posts from Slavic, and early artwork or game images of testing elements.
For the map editor;
I would not expect anything like this till after a full release of version !.
- There so many "behind the scenes" elements linked to maps that the player may not have access to. So just creating a new map may not directly work.
- But that's still quite a ways off from where we are now.
So who knows. Time to start looking at the Unreal Engine version 4.5 and 5.5 and how environments are created and there relation to game elements.
its kind of crazy how so many people hover and roam steam forums expecting that to be the place developers take feed back for their game...
discord and twitter are almost always the answer.
devs will post daily, and nobody knows because they are on yahoo and steam forums im assuming.
