Possible Behavior Bug With Oxen Found
Possible Problem:
==================
The oxen prioritize getting timber from the forest instead of the stockpile at the logging camp.

This results in two problematic issues, in my opinion:
1. The stockpile at the logging camp gets full, and remains full until all logs out in the forest are used for construction. The oxen can't move fallen trees from the forest into the storage in town since nobody ever removes any logs from it.

2. The oxen travel much farther than they need to, resulting in building jobs taking longer and longer the farther away from town you go to chop trees. The oxen don't use the logs in the logging camp storage in town which are in very close proximity to the building jobs being given. If I build a well adjacent to the logging camp, and the logging camp is full, the oxen will go all the way across the map to secure the one log needed to build the well, then haul it all the way back to the well, when it should just grab one from the adjacent storage.

Wider Repercussions:
=====================
Likewise with the Saw Mill. There could be a logging camp loaded up with timber sitting right next to the Saw Mill, but the oxen will run out into the forest to grab fallen trees to supply it instead. This greatly impacts production speed of planks particularly considering that the input slot for lumber in the Saw Mill only permits a single log to be stored in it. It defeats the wisdom of placing a log storage next to the Saw Mill, or next to anything else you want to build efficiently.

Also regarding the Saw Mill... whenever a log is delivered, its input storage (capacity 1) gets full and a warning notification is displayed in the UI to indicate it. Logs get delivered to the mill all the time. So, that notification shows up quite frequently, it is constant when I have nobody assigned to the Mill, and it becomes distracting. I think it is irrelevant information to know about anyway since there isn't anything I can do about it other than assigning a family to the Mill, something I have typically already done. It is something I assume will happen repeatedly just because that's the way the Saw Mill works. All it is truly telling me is that nobody is assigned there. I think it should only notify when the output storage of the Saw Mill gets full of planks because that is the relevant info I must attend to, such as by enabling planks to be stored in the warehouse so that the Mill can continue to operate immediately.

How I think oxen should work instead:
==================================
The oxen should prioritize taking timber from the logging camp until it gets empty. Only then go out to the forest to gather the logs destined for the logging camp stockpile or building site. Or, even better yet, if possible have the oxen go for the nearest log to the building site or Saw Mill, whether that be in a logging camp or in the forest. Once no more building jobs require timber, and when the Saw Mill is busy or idle, then the oxen can work on stowing fallen logs from the forest, as the default action, until the camp storages are full.

If I'm not mistaken, the oxen already seem to go for the nearest log to the building site. The problem appears to be that they never consider any of the timber stored at logging camps when making that determination, until there exist no fallen trees left out in the forest.

This is pretty major one when you're down to one ox.

100% This is a major problem I have encountered multiple times. As a short term solution my next attempt will be to limit how much my loggers fell to quite a small amount at a time, either by pausing their production/taking them off the camp to other sites temporarily, or by setting the work area very small and moving it occasionally when needed.
