Logging Camp and Timber
First up, great job. Thoroughly enjoying my time so far.

I've got an issue with the Logging Camp however. I had one, fully stocked with Timber on the edge of town, unfortunately a lightning strike burned it down, along with all the Timber inside it.
It can be rebuilt, great, however all the towns Timber was destroyed in the fire and there is none available to rebuild it. No one will chop down a tree unless I get the Logging Camp built, which I cannot build without Timber, which I cannot get without a Logging Camp....

A viscous cycle I'm sure you will agree!

Yeah this happened to me at one point I moved my logging camp twice Then my accident removed it Not realising I didn't have any timber Laying about Done some upgrades on the house And now I can't even afford a logging cabin lol 🙃 😅 I know reloading a save Would help in this situation But just say you can't Is there any other way of getting timber

destroy an already built building and it will refund the cost of the building. Also if your logging house gets full reassign the family to your storehouse and theyll bring everything there

I realise there are ways you can monkey around it, though I do not think there should be any need to do so. I certainly could have been clearer.
Having an untradeable, critical resource tied to a building that requires said resource to build, is asking for trouble.
Not that I'm being asked, but my suggestion for a solution would be something like allowing builders to chop down trees when there is no Timber available, or even making Timber a resource you can purchase through traders.
Would be nice as a 0 point to harvest fallen logs in Forrest from like storms and what not.
I usually build 2 logging camps. The second one serves as additional storage and as backup in case something happens to the main one.

But I also take a save at the start of every month because ♥♥♥♥ happens.

Progression lock due to loging camp costing timber is known design flaw since the demo.

The game is still full of such design flaws.

There are simple solutions - if you currently have no logging camp in the region then you can build one for free.
Or introduce simple rudimentary logging camp with just one workslot for free.
Introduce storage for timber.
