Weapons crafting

Please add a way to shut down weapons crafting. I currently have 213 bows, 189 large shield, 176 spears. As of now i can field a 30 man archer unit and a 31 man spear unit. So i never have planks and have around 200 extra weapons i cant use and still keep on making them. I think i would prefer the weapons shops to be built and staffed instead of a home upgrade that now consumes those families forever.

Must be a tough spot, my armies are crying out for weapons, I was about to suggest we could collect them from defeated enemies!

How do you get weapon production, I olny see armoured helmets in the discovery tree!
