Suggestion for sharing resources and development points
So im loving the game, but the main thing im struggling with is development points and creating other regions to get them to specialise in the good my main region cant produce. This may just be because i prefer a more relaxed and easier experience but trying to set up multiple regions has been a bit of a headache.

My major region has lots of iron and clay but almost no fertility so iv turned it into a industrial hub which is great. Iv claimed a few other regions, one of which has amazing fertility so the plan was the make it a bread basket and send the extra food to my major region and any other regions i make, but then i realised that each region is treated as its own city so that plan basically failed (you still can but its more like trading between the regions).

I understand the reasons for this but would love an option, maybe in difficulty settings like with the other options for AI aggression, to allow regions to share resources. Still needing a mule or ox to actually move the goods to not remove the difficulty completely but able to more easily share the resources. So rather than having separate regions, have it more like surrounding towns and villages feeding into your lords city.

Would really help to share the development points too, as if it were one society advancing together under your lord and house rather than separate ones that don't share resources or knowledge, since a lot of the "techs" seem basic pics in any region such as charcoal. If you really wanted to it could even be a tax type system, where you could tax an amount of goods made rather than regional wealth for your secondary regions to keep it feeling more like separate regions, that way you could collect say 20% of the grain harvested in a farming region to transport it to a industrial region for their food.
