some people don't have smartphones (or don't want to share with discord their phone informations)
personally, i don't have (and i don't want) a smartphone, and because of this choice of access policy on your discord, i'm not allowed to exchange/report bugs on your discord. i really don't understand this restriction, which cuts you off from a part (surely a very small part) of your community.
