BSOD: Kernal Mode Heap Corruption

I am getting a BSOD Either, Immediately on launch, or within the time it takes to navigate through the "New Game" settings. Manor Lords is the only game I have installed that does this particular crash.

The Message on the BSOD is "KERNAL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION".

I have the latest Nvidia Drivers on a 1080ti with 12GB Vram

i7 7770K and 32GB RAM

It happens on both STABLE and Beta Branches for me. I have seen some tips telling me to roll back drivers but I have not been able to, or find any other fixes.
