Sometimes it helps to more accurately identify the problem. Sometimes not.
For example, CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT with CPU-Error Code Hints at problems with the processor (IMC/Cores Voltage/Bad BIOS Preset/Low VRM Frequency/Thermal throttling, etc)... This is just for example. The code may even indicate, for example, a problem in the network card driver.
Which drivers did you update? Just GPU, or sound, motherboard chipset, BIOS as well? All need to be kept up to date. BIOS update is particularly important as manufacturers are constantly issuing updates to maintain conformity with other driver updates (particularly GPU).
The baseline profile allows users to revert to Intel factory default settings for basic functionality, lower power limits, and improving stability in certain games.
I don't think it's an OC issue though. My CPU is overclocked and the game hasn't crashed at all. My friend with the same CPU crashed a few times already. There must be something else going on as well.
You could confirm by installing Afterburner and setting the power limit to say 75%. If it doesn't crash any more you'll probably know it's your PSU not up to the task.
