Bug Report : Goats from previous House with Goat Extension are stuck "Waiting"

I deconstructed some houses that had goat herd extensions and the goats from the backyard are just stuck in place on my map. I've loaded/reloaded a few times now and they're still there - even if I builld a new set of houses over them. I replaced the two houses with a larger area, also added goat extension but the previous goats are still just there. Hovering over them says "Waiting".. But the real question is..what are they waiting for?

I did the same, difference being that the game has accepted the goats into my sheep farm, but the actual goats are still just stood where the house was in "waiting" mode
