People Stuck At Picking Up

I have a bug where the same few people keep getting stuck wherever they want to pick something up.

For me it the brewer family. As soon as they want to pick up something, they don't do it and just standing there forever and also blocking other people from getting stuff as they are blocking the queury.

Is this a known bug?
Can I somehow kill those people so that they will be replaced with new ones?

The only thing that is a small workaround is to save and reload. Then they are able to pick it up and get stuck the next time they want to pick up something.

Another effect I was able to observe due to often reload the game:

If you build a new building or upgrade it, but the ressources are not transported to it yet; save and load the game to get the building for free. Builders will go to it without transporting the ressources to it and build it up. It at least worked for lvl 3 homes and the mine.
