Confused about Xbox Game pass release?

Wow this is driving me batty. I've been spending a lot of time trying to figure what the deal is with this.

I can't find one site that says this game is Unavailable to play on xbox. But I also can't find it through the store or game pass. And it says right there it was released in 2024 for Xbox. Maybe I'm dumb. I guess my question (after searching the net) is "Is Manor Lords available to play for XboxX"?
