- starting by yourself, getting a team together, working out how this game can happen.
- Dropping the team and going alone, years spent working on this idea.
- Years spent, and the game is not paying for itself. Attracting attention, but not paying.
- 14yrs in development! That's a lot of time to dedicate.
( and any hardships that unpaid time may have brought)
I think Slavic Magic deserves everything he can get for the years of work dedicated to the game we all want to play.
- (highest if not the top wish listed game on Steam!)
That alone says quite a lot about the developer and his vision of how and what this game should be.
- Ps: love the music and the way you developed it. Thanks for that.
Thank again, can't wait for the release.

Gamers running away with their imagination and getting overhyped only to be disappointed and take it out on the poor devs who couldn't calm all the reckless children even if they did their best?
Never happened, never in history, never will happen and if it did happen it was a fluke, absolutely impossible, which is why it happened with every high profile release for 20 something years now.
This is also true of other beloved city builders. There are people who've logged thousands of hours in Cities: Skylines despite being able to unlock everything in a few hours. Now I'm not saying this EA title is Cities: Skylines, but I do reckon I can get at least 25 hours out of it.
