Which is not to say that Manor Lords is a bad game. It just isn't ready yet.
Workers and Resources i might try out, but the grapbics are not there for me.
to me, ML stand out against all others yoou named.
very organic good looking towns. with interesting mechanics non of the others offer.
Dude, you're the one that makes towns look organic. ML barely has mechanics and they are so shallow you don't really need careful placement of buidings or even to manage their workforce. What mechanic does ML offers that the others don't?
one of the mechanics i missed in almost every suh game was the mixed zoning, a building can be for living and working, like it was and still is often the case in reality, ML offers this.
and you may have noted i said, it is standing out to me. it hits pretty much exactly what i want , not too complex, not too easy. relaxing atmosphere, but occasionally a battle. superb graphics and detail.
but for example, i prefer the farming mechanics in final frontier. thats for me the top.
FF also stands out but in other ways. Songs of Syx the same, also stands out but in totally different ways.
That the game lets you pick a development for the homes to use their backyard? I agree that it is different, but it is also what is shallow. There is no depth about it. You just click, click, click and you don't even need to think about specific demands for each development. You just pick them. Assigning families is done just like that too because they have no preferences, no skillsets, they don't care if you put them to work on the other side of town, if it is raining... There is no depth.
That is not what being 'outstanding' means. Dude, just admit that you like a game that is 'just okay', and it's fine. I like Space Engineers. I like Farming Simulator. FFS, I like Starfield and Fallout 4. I'm not judging you. I mean, the game is not even ready yet.
Also, superb detail? Seriously, man?
for me its not just OK, but exactly hits my taste with the level of complexity and atmosphere and graphics.
sorry that i like it more than you do. i try to not like it so much anymore, ok? can you skeep better then? Farming Simulator lol... ok
Dude…. Just admit that it’s ok that he thinks the game is ‘outstanding’ it’s fine.. no one will judge you.
X, sorry Steam, has gone crazy lately.
