Best Antialiasing option setting?

I purchased the game and I started with the settings. I have everything on max. settings but I dont know which Antialiasing option setting is the best: FXAA, TAA, FSR, DLSS, XESS. Could you recommend me one? My laptop specs:

ASUS ROG 18 Strix 2023
CPU: Intel Core i9 13980HX
64 GB RAM
Hard Drive: 4 TB SSD
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4090

Use DLSS.
Deep Learning Super Sampling. Quality or Balanced sub settings for DLSS.
Its almost always the best choice for 20, 30 and 40 series cards.

4090 is to low you need a 5090 for min req.
