Troop Experience
Does anyone know if the troops you use have skills - I mean do your archers hit more often the more they fight and are you armsmen more capable with their shields after five battles?

This would be a very nice addition. Makes you care for your villagers even more.

From what I saw... retinue troops may in the future have specialisations or skills.

Check out the retinue troops options for upgrades screen.
