♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, all these whiney kids complaining about streamers getting the game before them is nuts... You're all so freaking entitled... None of you are entitled to it now, and another two weeks won't kill you... But If you want it now, start a Twitch channel and apply for a code...
Yeah, this is the one that gets me... What spoilers are people worried about? The Tech Tree? Upgrade paths? New buildings?
Mate Calm down 🤣
I's OK mate. We are all excited for this game. This forum doesn't need to descend into a Cities Skylines 2 forum lol
I don't have a problem with testers. In fact I'd welcome more. I'm meaning I don't think they should have allowed streamers to release content until at most week before for marketing reasons. I'm all for it however but two weeks before release for this much content from streamers is strange and quite unusual

I will honestly say that two weeks does seem a bit long. However, just because it's not something done by other development companies, doesn't mean it's inherently bad.
Hooded Horse obviously has their reasons for giving a full 2 weeks of it. It's a decision you'll have to accept and respect, or not. But ultimately, whether it was 1 day or two weeks, the Early Access release will still be April 26th.
I don't have a problem with them getting the game early or free to at least test bugs and release content days before release to give me some tips. Two weeks is way too excessive given the HUGE amount of content we are already getting. It just wasn't smart I feel.
It's that simple.
That's not the point I was making. I'm just talking about general marketing purposes I feel creating hype up until release could have been more effective by timing it better
