HOW MARKET STALL SETUP WORKS?
When the icon is YELLOW, this ALLOW or RESTRICT the setting up on the market? I couldn't understand from the description.

Allows. Otherwise, they are prevented. They will not build or takeover an existing stall if they have no immediate inventory, however. They are also limited to one stall per family, so if you have a tanner (for instance) who has no leather (even if there is leather in the storehouse) or only has one family who already has a shop, then no new stall will be accepted.

Stall workers will collect from the storehouse/granary, if its closer. Fuel stall being a prime example, if you allow the producing buildings to have a stall (you should not, its a waste) they will take from the warehouse and not trod all the way to their workplace.
You can initially leave them to build it, so you have the ressources on the market sooner (hapiness), but once you have a warehouse/granary, remove the workers from production buildings and remove their permission to have a stall. Then reassign them back, their stall will be taken over by warehouse/granary workers. Upgrade those and they can man two stalls each. Since they will have 4 carts only, it makes for a perfect workload (warehouse/granary worker with no cart is next to useless) for two families.

I think that depends. Early in a game I usually don't have a permanent worker assignment allocated to the storehouse or granary. Stalls are established by the producers and then I have them move with the producer to the granary or storehouse when I'm juggling manpower. I'm constantly reassessing whom is most suitable to manage the stalls. It's rather fluid, most the time.

Throughout the game I prefer to have the producers build the stalls because if I want a clothing stall, the tanner will unerringly do that. The storehouse worker, on the other hand, if tasked with building a new clothing stall is probably going to repeatedly try to build another firewood stand instead of the clothing stall that I want. Once it is built, if my game is at a point where I have permanently assigned workers at the storehouse and granary then I too prefer they handle the shops, and transfer ownership to them. Still, sometimes the need for market stalls in numerous different locations can exceed the number of families working the storehouse or granary, so in that case I'll have the producers share the stall load.
