You can create a shield and save it so it doesn't reset to a default, but that's about it.
No, I have seen youtubers use custom made coats of arms. I haven't found a tutorial that worked for me, though, on how to do it.
Not the same thing because it's not part of the game. They're almost certainly backdooring it through a file folder.
I fiddled with those save and load icons at the start of the game for about half an hour, and I could not get it to give me a way to upload anything.
And I don't care enough about it to go digging around searching for the Holy Grail file folder where they'll be stored.
