maintaining a building

how do you maintain a building in the new beta. 3 of my buildings say they need maintenance but I can't figure out how to do it. sorry for being a noob

ok I saw that. so the villagers will automatically stop production and get the tools?

i dont know as the weather that doesnt affect gameplay burnt half mine down.... sigh

from what i can see, each buiding takes care of its own maintenance.
eather its the storage that will come by and drop off tools + planks or what ells is neded.
and the little bar go up again. or it might be workers from the building it self that go to the storage and brings back tools and what ells.
or the thirde optin that seems to be the more logical, sense you need a free famlie for building new things , it might be them that will go around and " fix" things

i have how ever not feelt any interuption of production.

Your villagers handle the maintenance themselves, as long as the required materials are available.
