Rich Wild Animal spot
It gets quickly depleted by one hunter but didn't seem to early game. Did spawn rates get changed?

How quickly it gets depleted depends on many factors, but mainly how busy your hunters are. Whether they need to go for water, to pray, sickness, or tending their burgage plots.

Animals struggle to replenish their numbers if you hunt them all out. If set hunting limit to 15 or 20 there are more animals to restore their numbers. Yes I know there are no male or female or births from animals but that is how i think about it when hunting limit to 15.

If you have a Rich Animal Deposit its worth prioritising the Hunting Perks.

These make a big difference to the value of the Animal Deposit. There used to be a bug with the Trapping Perk that caused the hunters to wander aimlessly all over the map, but I think that's been fixed by now.

I would always keep the minimum herd size at 10, and never let your hunters deplete the herd below that, even though it will sometimes drop below that anyway. If it is ever depleted to zero you will lose the resource completely.

Hunting is less valuable as a food resource on maps where the development points are needed for other purposes. It needs those DPs to be really valuable,
