Game Crash - Corrupt data found, please verify your installation
Any word on this error? I simply downloaded the new patch, started it up and Bam. Complete uninstall/reinstall and still get the error.

did you delete all game files and game folders?
did you clean the registry for any leftover from the game?
did you reboot your pc?
did you restart Steam and re-install the game with Admin level access?

what are your pc specs?

hmm, only the basic step. Thanks for the list of things to check and clean up. LOL, sucks that this has to happen in the first place. I guess it is what it is.

If you're on Steam you could try going to the Steam library, right click on Manor Lords then click on 'properties' then 'Installed Files' then 'Verify integrity of game files'.

i did that, and all other above mentioned steps. nothing worked. Until now it still crashes with the same error window. But by the Unreal Crash report screen, it says:
"LowLevelFatalError [File:C:\Dev\Perforce\Release-5.4\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\GenericPlatform\GenericPlatformMemory.cpp]"

Also, if i open task Manager, before accepting the first error window, it shows me that the Game on start needs 100% of my CPU power....

Worst of all is, that i cant even send the report to them. i just can click on "close without sending"

I have exactly the same issue. Game crashes and doesn't load. Cannot send crash report. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still same error.

Hey @everyone!

@Beddy is our new Unreal Engine specialist tasked with solving various engine related issues, starting from the nefarious Unreal 5 GPU crashes.

He prepared a special beta build that has extra logging enabled. Since we still can't reproduce issues on our end, we want to ask everyone suffering from those crashes to further help us out by running that beta and posting their generated logs & crash dmps in UE5 build (BETA) crashes on the games discord server

To access the "gpudebug" beta, please use the password "gpudebugging" in the "Betas" tab on Steam (right click Manor Lords -> Properties -> Beta, enter password in "private betas" ).

To ensure getting maximum info from your PC, please try running the game with the command line arguments listed below.

Logging
Logging is enabled by default. Log files will be output to the folder:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\ManorLords\Saved\Logs\

Crash dumps are to be found in:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\ManorLords\Saved\Crashes

If not there, then try:
{install_path}\ManorLords\Saved\

Command-Line Arguments
In Steam:
Right-click on Manor Lords in your steam library to summon the context menu
Click "Properties"
Go to the "General" panel
Under "Launch Options", add command-line arguments to the edit box

To get extra info about GPU crashes, try either of these arguments:

-gpucrashdebugging
or
-d3ddebug

but not both of those at the same time!

If you're able to get a GPU crash consistently, then try the above arguments in separate runs of the game.

Thank you, hope we solve the mystery soon!

I've had the same problems for ages but today I got it working

Remove the Folder called "~mods" from the folder below. Might be on a different drive than D:

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Manor Lords\ManorLords\Content\Paks
