Check the top small icon in the weavers window, allow it to set up a market stall.
Addition:
The market stalls are normally operated by the store house and Granary workers.
(you'll need enough workers in these facilities to operate the stalls and collect the materials.)
- Some of the production locations can also open a stall, it's the players choice to allow or not. (seen in their top right info box, market stall)
- Some automatically open a stall, and you'll need to make the choice to allow or stop this function. (wood cutters for firewood)
Depending on the size of the area you made for a market(s), it will open enough stalls for all the current materials needed, often multiple of the same if the production and storehouse open them.
Did you check your common good stalls to see what's in them? My common goods stall is selling leather and firewood, which as of 0.8.024 is where firewood and clothing is supposed to be sold by the storehouse families.
And the Storehouse is the only building that can open a goods (non-food) stall. Only Granaries can open food stalls.
Let the people sell their own damned wares.
Sidenote, how are we still doing foreign exchange rates between our owned regions?
Can't even trade firewood for charcoal between neighbors.
This way you can set up specific markets for specific goods, like build a small store house with a market next to your firewood cutter for firewood and maybe coal only.
I absolutely love how the market system is working now.
