Advanced Beekeeping and Candles?

I've just gone for the Advance Beekeeping perks on the advice of the Mercenary Captains Guide. But I've since read that there is no way in the gmae at present to use Wax to create Candles.

So, do i just export the Wax?
Does it have any value as a consumable?

As far as I can tell, you can't do anything with wax except export it because nobody makes candles.

Maybe someday they will have a Wax Caster to make wax lips in a backyard extension.
