How difficult is Manor Lords?

To those who played the demo how difficult is Manor Lords? Is as difficult as any other strategy game or a hardcore simulation?

It wasn't difficult. But changes have been made since the demo. It will be interesting to see bandits, fires and other innovations.
We'll just have to wait and see.

Guess it depends on how you define difficulty in this genre.

I would be very surprised if the difficulty was such that the average enjoyer of this genre couldn't successfully pursue their objectives in the game.

I would love to see a challenging / high difficulty option. Making it really tough to survive.

Having watched a video or 2 - there will be missions to complete - build a logging camp, etc.
