How Do I get My Militia To Use Helmets & Armor?
I have created helmets & mail laying around, but after rallying i hit the tab key to see their equipment; but only a few out of 36 have bothered picking up armor!. curiously, they are better at finding their helmets...

The people take their time to do a few things.

Armor depends on the burgage plot levels. Lvl 2s can pick up gambesons, lvl 3s can upgrade to chain.
