Easiest, best, TOTALLY AWESOME SOLUTION to a few of the bugs and glitches...
Save and reload.
That will 'restart' their activity, so they will look around, see trader right in front of them, and bam, traffic jam will start to clear out.
They seem to get stuck trying to help someone NOT in front, which, obviously, they can't do since there is someone else in front.
it will only clear up for a few minutes until all those traders went back to where they came from. as soon as they are back at our trading post, a new traffic jam will form instantly.
the left door of the trading post seems to be reserved for outside trades. the right door looks like local trades' traffic. right door is always free, left door is always clogged. even if we only sell 2 or 3 goods, the trading post is just too slow to handle all the traffic through one door.
next patch might fix this though. at least it's mentioned as one of the top prios.
Like, literally saving and reloading fixes it for every single person that has had this problem, as far as I'm aware, since it seems to 'reset' things, like the trade post workers looking for trades. And production workers trying to find goods. And...and...
Like, literally a good chunk of the bugs can be fixed by a save and reload...
all other trading posts will be neglected by the outside traders for whatever reason.
reloading "fixes" the issue temporarily. but it's just visually because all traders wander away for a while (reset) until they come back for the same old trades as before and clog it again. so it's not a fix but rather a delay until the new traffic jam will form again. and again and again.
edith says: i generally agree on the save & reload trick in early access titles though. first thing to try in every early access game, no doubt :)
