Not delivering firewood

Hi there. I've come across an issue a few times, in a few different ways. The most recent is that firewood is not being delivered to citizens. I had 28 firewood sitting at the producer storage. 0 available for citizens. Death from freezing began. Still not a single firewood moving. I had 2 oxen available, 1 dedicated stable worker, firewood stall in the market, etc. Nothing.

I have the same issue, instead with firewood is just wood in general, my hut is absolutely loaded with wood however it wont be tranferred anywhere throughout the village, Charcoal wont take it, the sawpit wont take it, and hell the citizens wont take it.
