Installed the new Beta patch,
- then did a steam verify game files
- Started a new game and Granary was there.
(no mods installed)
There is a new animation and doors added to the granary,
- the new beta patch files are not optimised into the games indexed locations yet, for testing purposes I would assume. So, any mods or alterations to the game could or will cause a possible load order problem.

The author has updated the file in their version 1.3a - NOT in the main files section, scroll down to 'update files' and pick one of the options. Delete old mod file and install the new one.
No need to re-install game BUT before using this fix deconstruct your granary if already built an invisible one because you are forced to rebuild it and you will loose initial resources.
