I would also like to see cavalry, but there are too many broken things in the game right now. He needs to fix the basic game mechanics first before adding new features.

My guy is probably thinking about the multiple options they have now. And if they do what the community wants/suggests which is hire people and get his studio up and running, the guy is a busy man and ain't gonna be able to guarantee deadlines. If not, the dude probably taking a well earned 2 week or even a month holiday, is pretty understandable. Just something for people to keep in mind.
We're all exited, but let's remember that they almost have more to do now, than when they were developing a game, working a day job, and squeezing a life in there somewhere.
All the luck to them, and I can't wait for more. (But I will )
