Pc Game pass and GeForce NOW - save gone
Does anyone know how to fix? Save gone and can't save also now.

Same here and apparently for many users. On my side ffter research, I don't find any solution.

This seems like a very common problem with both Microsoft/Gamepass and NVIDIA/GeforceNOW. Disable cloudsaving on those platforms if that is an option.
