Why can i not refund the game?

I thought you could refund pre-beta games and such.

Steam recently changed the refund rules so that all titles now follow the 2 hour 2 week rule.

Pretty sure that never applied to early acces games. AFAIK those always followd the normal 2h/2weeks rule.

The change was made to stop people from scamming the devs on those "pre-release" or whatever they call the "get acces 3 days earlier" releases (e.g. Diablo, CoD)
