Why can't I rally any of my troops?
Facing the first raider attack, and I've used both retinues and militia just fine up until now, however every time I try and rally I can't?? I'm given a red rally marker not a white one, and for some reason cannot rally anything. My Retinue says its ready to rally, and both my milita are missing equipment but I've always been able to rally them..

Advice appreciated.

I've tried the same. It took a while, I tried and tried. I don't know if I saved and reloaded but suddenly it worked again for whatever reason. It's annoying.

Two things fixed this
1. I exited the game and reloaded
2. I could then rally them
