Stonecutter wants a stall
Why does my stonecutter family want to open a market stall? What will they sell there? I wouldn't let them and told them to get back to work.

Selling tiny stone sculptures of curved women? They didn´t have Playboy magazines back in the days ....

.... on a more serious note, stalls are built on a house ratio, so if all your "logical" food vendors are busy somewhere then a person from another trade opens a stall for whatever is needed to make the numbers required match.
