Can I exchange goods/food between my claimed regions

So, I recently claimed a 2nd region for the first time.
Is there an easy way to send goods and food from my first (and by now thriving) region, to this new one.

A pack station is supposed to do it. For myself it doesnt work. Im in year 15 of my 3rd game and have never got any of my pack stations to work right. I currently have 8 stations trying to transfer stuff between 3 towns and so far in the years and years its been going they have shipped a couple clay and a couple iron. Otherwise they just walk back and forth empty or stand around waiting.

Exchange, yes.
Just "send", no.

Though if you have a trading post and they have a trading post, and they're importing something you're selling, they'll buy it from you with their regional wealth.

I was kinda hoping for a "give stuff" option, but I'll work with the trade post then 👍

The Packing Station, is a transfer between your own regions. But you do need to have a Barter in both directions. Not possible to only Trade one commodity, one way. So its to avoids swapping excess wealth to your new region.
