Why doesn't it say September Harvesting, October Ploughing, November Sowing?
That way at least I could re-assign all my farming families in October to something more useful whilst the oxen do the ploughing. Rather than have them doing it by hand and leaving the oxen idle.
Farming just seems a bit broken to me. It's not logical like other similar games.
There should be a button on the field that says force early harvest. If you planted too late in the season for it to fully grow you should be able to force the harvest before they plow it.
However, I have really weird stuff happening on my famrs like the hand ploughing before the crops are harvested. But also there is this weird thing that happens sometimes where the field seems to plough itself. There is nobody visible but the farm just ploughs itself at a really high speed. as though a ghost Ox is doing it. I put it down to some sort of GFX gliche but its much faster than even a normal ox plough.
