Tried to involve my Manor in some defences or Fights but never really worked or made a big difference. I just stopped it at some point..
I guess thats something the dev will work on in the future, it does not seem very finished yet.l
I want castles in my game. I mean, not really, but, you know...
Manor house walls and gates? Yeah. It's pretty historical, its more a 'bugger off, this is difficult' sort of thing. Anyone that is even half way motivated would go through them.
That, and they are a work in progress as it is. So no garrison. No archers. Nada. Also, don't build *MANOR* house walls around your town. Or your whole town becomes the 'manor' and you can't touch it, heh.
So then a retinue on full defence could hold off 4 or 5 infantry while archers shoot.
Unsure if you can access build mode during a fight on your land? If you can, this is kind of cheesy as the enemy does not have siege gear, but delete the road when in and the gate auto turns into a wall. Put the road back after to spawn the gate again.
