Is the developer building a team?

I'd love to know going ahead if the developer of this amazing game is building a team to help with development and to progress things more rapidly. It would simply be too much for one individual to focus on bug fixing, performance issues, other technical issues aswell as working on future features that need fleshed out and added. I'd love to have some sort of picture of where he is at and what his plan going ahead is.

1) Unknown and not mentioned about adding additional dev team members.

2) over next month or so, work on Bug fixes to current state of game.

3) take his first vacation with family for a few weeks.

4) begin fleshing out and working on next phase of gameplay and features.

It is Early Access! as the discription states on every sites store page for the game.

This is not the full version 1.0.000 release of the game.

It's EA mate what did you expect?? don't buy EA games if you want polisehed games.
