Wealth bug?

in one of my games i think i have a bug tha gives me wealth. I have over 3k money but only like 4 level 2 houses and 0 level 3. I did minimal trading and only sold some very cheap stuff at the begiining, but i have all set to no trade, but money keeps coming in...... anyone else had this ? my new game doesnt seem to behave the same.

I talked to someone who kept losing small amounts of wealth in a similar way.
In that no trades were happening, no taxes we're taken because the Manor wasn't even built. We went through a list of things but couldn't find the cause.

I suppose we missed something, but it's also possible this is some kind of glitch that can happen.

What matters here is that you spend it all on ALE.
