Farmers not storing harvest

So i've set up 2 farmhouse in the north and south of my town, with their own fields nearby, and i've used the limited work area as well.

When the harvesting season begins, they harvest just fine. However, after they've finished harvesting (the southern farmhouse) they seemed to be transporting the goods to the north, before running back to the southern farmhouse to store it, so it waste a lot of the harvesting time. Is this a bug? Or am i doing something wrong here?

On the farmhouse, select a higher priority to "thrashing". It's set by default to normal or medium.
- Fields can grow Wheat, Barley, Flax, or Fallow.
The flax goes to storage for Weaver
Barley goes to storage for Malthouse
Wheat is what is processed at the farm.

Oh, is it the thrasing then? It is set to medium on both of my farmhouse, the fields with rye (south) they run around to i think the north, trying to store it there, but seems to change their minds and store it to the south after a while, though the one with barley (north) they store it just fine on the north.
