Castle planner cost calculation
Hello dear Lords,

I am not sure if it is a bug, or if I am just too stupid to understand the mechanic.

Sometimes, but the majority of times when I add something to the manor the builders raze everything to the ground and it seems, I have to pay for everything again.

It seems, that an addition (like a new tower) actualy is considered building from scratch and also getting all the materials anew. It does not happen everytime, though.

Is that desired or do, I do something wrong?

...also you can not rally your retinue within the walls of the Manor, which was the sole reason I added walls and made a nice court :(

I have noticed I have to rebuild, and pay for, the garrison tower each time I make a change.

I found out something about the manor. At the moment, every time you want to add a wall, a tower, etc, you have to pay the total cost of the buildings already there and it starts building the guard tower again.
Solution : Before you buy your manor development (a new tower, an extra wall, etc.), click on all the manor buildings that's already been built, move them around a bit and put them back in their place, their cost in wood and planks will disappear from the total cost. Do this with each of the existing buildings and the one-off cost of your construction will be good.

I can vouch for this workaround.
