We need a button, that sets a limit for Artisans like in Trading or Wood Camps.
Or my Bow-Maker is going to use up all of my cut up Wood again.

True. You can put the building on pause though. In the buildings menu at the top.

You can stop production with the pause button in the top right corner of the window, but it would be cool if artisans could work like the trading post, so you can set the limit of production to, say, 72 spears at the blacksmith, and then it stops without further micromanagement involved. If some of you spearmen dies, production would resume to met that number.
