Don't. Archers aren't worth it in the current state of the game. They did too much damage in alpha, now they don't really do anything. Fixed soon, I'm sure. For now, I'd avoid them.

Get a lvl 2 House and then upgrade them with the bow maker ( idk whats his name, but there is a bow or a crossbow as a picture)

true, but one could sell them for a little while. But as one can't change their occupation you might be right in not bothering at all.
