Overview for assigned workers needed

I have been wondering why I seem to struggle with workforce all the time, so I went through my entire village and unassigned all workers I could find.

Now I have 28 unassigned families and 11 assigned ones. 5 of those can be explained by artisians. ( I counted those four times) But there are still 6 assigned families, that I can not find for the life of me. I have disbanded all militia, in case that might make a difference (it expectedly did not)
I have looked in every building one by one, in case I forgot that it even had workers to assign to. (like I clicked the well, the manor house everything) I combed through the landscape in case I forgot that I had placed some building further of - I rediscovered my corpspit, but no worker was sitting on his hands there.
They are just - gone?

6 Families thats like 15% of my workforce, that just went missing. They probably are somewere, but I'd sure like an overview of some sort to find them.

same struggle, like when you click a house, you can see all members, where are they what they are doing, same should be the case when you click on the assigned and unsigned icon from the top right bar, that'd be much helpful to manage things.
