Berry bushes got destroyed

Berry bushes got destroyed as i cut down to many trees, do berry bushes respawn if i plant more trees or should i just restart?

Nvm, a year has passed and its still gone oh well guess once you mess up its gameover.

I didn't know this was a thing but i was concerned about it and ensured my woodcutters were far from the animal and berry resources just in case.

Yeah i did not know it was a thing either, i found out the hard way. From now on i am not going to place things compact like that again.

You can adjust the range of your woodcutters to keep the berry area out of their working radius.

Bummer. How large/developed was your estate at the time you lost the berry bushes?

Live and Learn. Yeah I also have foresters planting new trees, even in heavily wooded areas, to make sure I don't deforest my land. Controlling where the loggers and wood cutters harvest is nice because I can reforest the same areas that are being harvested.

191 population 62 houses, i was doing pretty good at the time.

there are little berry nodes that I accidently took out with a road. I had the area protected and was setting up a dyer. I think I might have enough to run the dyer, but my food surplus and trade is gonna take a hit. I think I am down to 2 nodes and 16 berry max.
