Was there an update?

My xbox game pass version just updated 300mb, anyone else had an update

Not on Steam from what I can tell.
Some other people on Gamepass said the update rendered their old saves unusable though due to the save now being from the 'old' version of the game.

Probably just for the gamepass version since that version is behind all other versions. Quoting the developer here from Reddit (from 3 days ago):

"Small sidenote. You may notice the versions differ slightly across the stores, I decided to push some minor last minute localization fixes to Steam, but really EGS, GOG and Steam are quite identical. Gamepass is a bit behind but updates are already on their way - the process take longer there."

So the update for the gamepass version was probably bringing it on the same one as the Steam version now I'd assume. Steam version is 0.7.955 right now.

Nope, Steam is on 0.7955 with an optional, passworded, test version of 0.7965.

Gamepass sucks. Only use it to try out games and buy them on Steam.
